Today I had the 50 Fly
I was 27.34 at Pan Ams

I was in heat 14 lane 4
John Beattie in lane 5 on my right
Paul Smith in lane 3 on my left

Had a good start
Felt strong
Took my first breath past half way
Then took another right under the flags
