went up to Mesa-Kino for the AM masters swim workout
we were in the main pool (SCY)
Paul coached solo

got in 200 w/u (was a little late)

warm-up sets:
4 x 75 @ :10 rest, done as 25 drill/25 swim/25 kick
6 x 50 @ :45
8 x 25 @ :25, IMO twice through

main 1:
2 x 50 @ :50
1 x 200 @ 2:45
1 x 50 @ 1:00, recovery

main 2:
4 x 50 @ :45
2 x 200 @ 2:40
1 x 50 @ 1:00, recovery

main 3:
6 x 50 @ :40
3 x 200 @ 2:40
1 x 50 @ 1:00, recovery

main 4, w/fins:
4 x 50 @ :40
2 x 200 @ 2:35
1 x 50 @ 1:00, recovery

main 5, w/fins + paddles:
2 x 50 @ :35

Paul had to announce his presence at our workout--a celebrity at Kino

anyway, I was a few lanes over, so Paul modified the intervals for a more reasonable pace. plus we didn't really do stroke, well I think we did some somewhere but I don't remember exactly where (I think with the fins?)

I didn't really feel sore from swimming last night then coming today. well other than having a hard time waking up. of course I woke up about a half hour before my alarm, used the bathroom, went back to bed, and was in a deep sleep when the alarm went off.
