Friday AM at Kino

this was quite a set!

I always like doing 50s at a descending interval to get warmed up. starting @ :40 and going up, now that's a challenge.

this set confirmed that my fly is horrible. I had 2 others in the lane, both gals and they were both faster.
my back was comparable to theirs.
that actually was a very good breast time for me, similar to what I did at my last SCY meet (I think 2 years ago?)
the free was a decent time.
the IM was a really good time too. we had finished the free, Paul said we didn't have time for the IM, and to work it into our warm-down. I challenged one of my usual lanemates, thinking he wouldn't do a legal breast and I could beat him. I didn't expect him to be even after the back leg. yea I may have gained a little on the breast leg, but not enough and he beat me by a sec.
