200 Fr/200 back/200 IM drill
1 x Noah's Ark pull
100 easy
1 x 200 (done as 25 perfect free into 25 FAST IMO)
200 loosen and out
(Solo/Rec/1500 yds/30 min)

    It's a great way to keep track of distance and a nice mix of swimming fast then getting a little rest. I find it helpful for OW training in order to be prepared for speed changes, etc. Plus, a simple way to bang out a 500.
