did 5 x ( 100 swim, 50 skip, 50 swim )

assigned 5 x 100 k with fins on 1:20
did kick 100, 50, 50 skip then 3 x 100
100 easy
5 x 50 on 40 did them 25 bk 25 fr
100 easy
(another little set I don't quite recall )
6 x 25 no breathers on 40
did Several 25 fast 25 easy
