went to the gym (24 Hour Chandler) after work:

Leg rolling: 5 min

Plank, forearms on roller: 2 x 1:00
Plank on pad: :30 each x 2, right/left/both

Precor rear delt: 1 x 12 x 60, 2 x 12 x 70, 1 x 10 x 80

Standing biceps curls univ machine: 1 x 12 x 70, 2 x 12 x 80, 1 x 10 x 90

Front lat pulldowns univ machine: 1 x 12 x 90, 2 x 12 x 105, 1 x 9 x 120

Leg raises on captain's chair: 3 x 10

Swim: 400 w/d


we had more storms last night. was storming when I went to bed, then I got woken up around 4am to more thunder. I ended up just getting up, since I knew I'd be getting up soon anyway.
it was still sprinkling a little while i drove to Kino, but thankfully the storms had died down by the time workout started.
I was expecting LCM. but at least this way I had my own lane, which is something that doesn't happen too often.
the focus was on the 300s, and I got down to 3:55ish for the last.

I've been working up my running on the treadmill. heck I remember when I could drop 5 miles on the treadmill without even thinking, but those days are long gone. perhaps one day I'll do a marathon again, but my short-term plans for running are to build up to a 5k, maybe a 10k distance. enough to I can do a splash + dash without feeling like death.
