Tues AM masters swim workout

got in 500 w/u
8 x 50 @ :15 rest, 25 scull/25 swim
4 x 100 @ 1:45, desc 1-4
4 x 100 @ 1:40:
* odds: 25 easy/50 fast/25 easy
* evens: 25 fast/50 easy/25 fast
100 easy
main sets:
4 x 300 @ Haley's go (about 6:00 I think)...all off the block
1st: 25 fast, rest recovery
add a 25 on each...
4th: 100 fast, then a 200 recovery
200 kick
100 w/d
TTL: 3300m
my lifting on Sun-Mon started to catch up to me and I was very sore going into workout today, especially my triceps (I did some skull crushers on Sunday)
the only, "fast," swim I got a time for was the 100, it was 1:26, which is just ok for me (would have been a great breaststroke swim though).
perhaps I'll be ready for a meet later this summer, but my goal is the 5k o/w swim near Hazleton, PA that I did last Aug, try to beat that time.
