I am actually going to post a workout

I was wide awake at 4AM and all I could think was Go to the 5:30 AM Aquatic T2 Masters Workout.

So I did:
600 Swim
1x150 Kick
4x50 Drill Swim r;20Reverse IM order
500 pull 4x25 Drill r:15 1 of each stroke
Rest 20
3x50 Drill Swim @ 1:15

12x25 @:50 Kick- Build,Blast,Easy,Fast x 3

6x50 Pull @ 1:00
3 x 100 Pull @ 2:00 with flippers, yes my favorite!

3 x 100 Free descending
75 mix stroke
50 mix
25 mix

4x75 underwater 25/50 easy
Approximately 3500
Blogging gets me doing. Dont know how or why it just does. Thank you Blogworld!

The people at 2T are extremely friendly, patient, and encouraging.
I hope I keep going....
