Mixing it up this year
Great swim today

DonnaThis was my first day in 2 weeks that I was not on-call at my job. I did a straight 1 hour swim SCY and was able to do 3900 averaging 1:32's. Finished with a 100 kick and a 200 EASY swim. Probably not enough but that was all the time I had.
Friday I am going to do LCM and see how far I can get.
Total 4200 yards.
