Hmm ... that was a lot of yardage for "sprint" night. My shoulder felt worse yesterday with a familiar dull ache. I really hope it's not tendonitis ... already had a bout of elbow tendonitis this year. It could be that I have a little ice burn. In any event, it feels better today and I hope this trend continues. Obviously, I did a sh*t ton of kicking, again, to rest it.
