Finnish taper workout

Even though I don't really have real base of volume from which to taper from, I am acting like this is a taper week, so I got a massage yesterday and my workout was Finnish - 10 to 15 minutes in the steam round followed by a cold shower, then 10 to 15 minutes in the hot tub followed by a cold shoulder, with a final repeat of the steam -shower. It was pure bliss.
