I was playing around with the USMS GTD numbers and put together a nifty spreadsheet for all of my activity from 2010 to present:
2018 was my 2nd best year (volume-wise) since I've been using GTD, and I had 2 record high months (also one record low). I mostly just swam 3x/week, with small recovery swims after weights. The most swimming happened in the run-up to the 10k. Hoping to continue the trend for 2019.
Interesting that my 2nd high came right after my lowest.
