** Starting to step down the weights in preparation for taper!

200 kick every 3rd 25 BR w/ BD
100 I.M. drill

4x50 @ 1:00 "Progressive Freestyle" w/ SNKL
4x25 @ :30 V.S.

6x100 @ 1:40 swim w/ chute (III)
400 @ 5:20 N.S. using legs!!! (4:20 - 2:12/2:08)
