I had a few days of carryover vacation that I need to use by next Friday, so took off from work today and next Friday...so swam a bit longer.

Friday AM solo swim @ Sendero

1300 w/u various

100 kick w/fins + board
75 swim w/fins, free/back/free
25 fast fly w/fins

2 x 125 w/fins (drill/free/breast fly kick/free/drill)
25 free w/fins
25 fast fly w/fins

100 kick w/fins + board
75 swim w/fins, free/back/free
25 fast fly w/fins

100 easy

main sets, basically 2 x 500, 2 x 400, 2 x 300, 2 x 200, and 2 x 100...

500 free @ 7:30
500 pull @ 7:20, w/Agility paddles + buoy

400 free @ 6:00
8 x 50, done as:
* odds breast @ :55
* evens free @ :50

300 free @ 4:30
300 pull @ 4:20, w/Catalyst paddles + buoy

200 free @ 3:00
200 swim @ 3:30, 25 free/25 back

after freezes earlier in the week and the outside pool closed, the air temp was in the mid-60s this morning, and it felt wonderful to swim outside again.
the pool closed at 8am, and I barely had time to shower and get out... need to get there earlier next Friday (or go to Deep Eddy) so I can get in another long swim.
