My breaststroke really felt good today. I was really happy with the times I threw down on the push 100s. I was tired most of the day from yesterday's double, but the 45 minute delay I had getting in the water today on account of thunder and lightning ended up being a blessing in disguise. Spent that time stretching and foam rolling out on the pool deck, which I think helped me feel better later in the water.
