Y'all, when I say that this afternoon's practice murdered me, I am not lying. This one left me totally gassed by the end. I rarely do this but anyone who happens to read this I challenge you to do this one. If you do it and hit the paces, and THEN try and ramp up the speed from there, you are going to feel it! Trip took the day off so I had to take a chance to get ahead of him in training. I get better while my competitors rest
