* I am not entirely sure about the interval. It was roughly 4:00, but I was floating between heats, going with the flyers for first two, then moving to the backstrokers' heat for the next two, breastrokers' heat for next two, and finally back with the flyers for my last two. It probably averaged out to about 4:00 between each swim.
