Snatch + Pulls + Upper Body

Whatever back muscle I tweaked is still a little sore but nothing too bad.

5 min general warmup + barbell warmup

Power Snatch - 95/2, 115/2, 135/1 EMOM - 155/1, 160/1, 165/1, 170/1, 175/1, 180/1, 185/1, 190/1, 195/1,1

Snatch pull - 205/3x3

EMOM 10 alternating
1 - Bent over row - 135/5, 145/5, 155/5, 165/5, 175/5
2 - Ring dips - 6,7,8,9,10

On to vacation!
