    upper left bicep is just really sore now. Probably some minor tendonitis there. There is nothing inherently wrong with my shoulder (at least I don't think...x-ray showed normal, and I have full, pain free range of motion). With no meets on the horizon, now is as good a time as ever to rest in some shape or form!
