Scott's workouts are designed specifically for open water swimmers of all skill levels to help you swim longer distances with greater endurance.
Andrew has created a series of workouts that will prepare you for sprint swimming, including drills and sets designed to work the various parts of your races and then the race as a whole.
Laurie's workouts are designed to accommodate all levels of triathletes. Each week the workouts will contain a mix of technique and drills, endurance, lactate threshold work, pacing and negative splitting.
Jillian's workouts are geared toward expectant mothers of all abilities. A new mother in September 2014, Jillian believes that maintaining one's fitness level during pregnancy is important, and designs her workouts with health and enjoyment for both expectant moms and babies in mind.
