I've read some articles lately that when dryland training it is best to tailor your workouts to a specific stroke. Does anyone have some more insight in to this concept? I'm a backstroker/freestyler, but focus more on backstroke except for relays. What specific exercises can I do to increase my strength and speed that would be benifical for those strokes?
i would say work the pullups, weighted would be great, and keep the flexibility in your lats as well so that you can still have great streamlines. don't get so tight you can't keep a good line off the wall.
