    Catch and pull

For the most efficient catch and pull, should the hand and arm stay relatively in the same place as the entry and transition to the early vertical forearm position? If I feel water passing around and through my fingers is that a sign of a poor catch/pull and is that a sign of wasted effort.

    Re: Catch and pull

There is a bit of scull in the hand and forearm looking for still water in the pull.
