Job Description


Do you have a passion for Swimming and living a healthy way of life? We are looking for a passionate Masters Swim Coach who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and will help our adult members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for a Masters Swim Coach could include:
· Writing and leading Masters Group Workouts
· Registering new Masters participants for the group
· Maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities


Duties & Responsibilities
· Run the daily operations of the masters swim team
· Provide adult swimmers the opportunity to master technique
· Identify and recruit strong talent to help develop a successful swim
program
· Establish training programs to assist adult swimmers to achieve their goals
· Attend and support swimmers at meets
· Be knowledgeable about Life Time Fitness products and programs
· Immediately report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors or abuse relating
to youth




Qualifications

Education & Experience


· 4 year college degree
· 2 years swim coaching experience




Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
· Member of US Masters
· Masters Coach certification Level 1 & 2 (Preferred)
· CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire

Compensation
· Hourly Wage
