    3x300->150 100 IM, 100 Free, 100 choice on 5:00

    Kick/drill set: fins board snorkel
    4x150->100 50 kick, 50 swim, 50 kick on 2:20
    4x50 kick backstroke work walls 5 dolphin kicks of each wall on :50
